Greetings From the Director of IEPD

Welcome to the Institute for Education and Professional Development! We offer high quality interactive professional development experiences for educators working in the field of early education and care and out-of-school time programs. Over the past six years, we have provided numerous trainings within MA and present at both state and national conferences. IEPD was a partner in writing the MA Early Learning Guidelines for Infants and Toddlers and was the lead agency in the development of the MA ELG for Infants and Toddlers college course and CEU training.

We offer a Child Development and Associate Credential (CDA) course which includes all the components to help educators receive their CDA. Last year, we began a NAFCC accreditation course with coaching and mentoring. This has been highly successful as well. To meet YOUR needs, we offer face to face training, online training, distance learning (through the mail), and coming in November – "rest time" and "flex time" webinars!
